The chart below displays all of our routine care coverage riders, and which riders are available with each plan type. Our riders cover different amounts toward each benefit (listed in the left-hand column) per pet, for which you can be reimbursed in a plan year. The total value of each rider (per pet) is indicated in the rider name. For instance, "Routine 250" offers you a total of $250 in routine care coverage for each pet covered.

What's covered in each benefit?
- Vet Exam: The fee charged by your vet to examine your pet during a routine visit
- Vaccinations: All vaccinations administered during a routine vet visit are covered
- Prevention: Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention; heartworm testing; microchipping
- Behavior Training: General behavior training for your pet
- Routine Maintenance: Spay/Neuter, teeth cleaning, bloodwork, urinalysis
- Routine Screenings: Fecal test, FeLV/FIV test
