LANSDON B. ROBBINS
Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Lansdon Robbins is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of PetFirst Healthcare and plays a key role in the company’s strategic direction.
Lansdon also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Service Net Solutions, LLC, a service management company he founded in 1996. Service Net is headquartered in Jeffersonville, IN; provides warranty and extended warranty services for multiple Fortune class companies including Sony, Philips and Lennox; employs more than 300 individuals; and recognized in excess of $100 million in revenues in 2007.
Prior to founding PetFirst Healthcare and Service Net, Lansdon spent seven years with General Electric in various financial and marketing positions. In addition, he was the Co-Founder and President of ACCENT Marketing Services, a provider of world class inbound customer service and direct marketing services for multiple Fortune class companies.
Lansdon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University.
A. BRENT HINTON
Co-Founder and CEO
Brent is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PetFirst Healthcare and is responsible for the strategic direction of customer service functions. His focus is establishing and directing sales initiatives through new account acquisitions.
Prior to joining PetFirst Healthcare, Brent served as an executive for various non-profit organizations for 17 years. Most recently he spent eight years as CEO of the Kentucky Humane Society.
Brent earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Kentucky.
SAMUEL P. DELANEY
Chief Financial Officer
Sam is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial aspects of PetFirst Healthcare including legal and human resource duties.
Prior to joining PetFirst Healthcare, Sam held a variety of finance positions during a 21-year career with General Electric. His experience includes global positions in marketing, communications, sales and financial planning.
Sam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
KATIE GRANT
President
Katie is responsible for all strategic marketing and business development initiatives. She also manages the development and production of marketing and sales material.
Before joining PetFirst Healthcare, Katie spent three years with Service Net Solutions gaining diverse experience in marketing and account management roles. Prior to that Katie also held a variety of positions relating to equine management, marketing and promotions.
Katie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from Marshall University.
TRACY J. BERTRAM, AIC
Executive Vice President of Underwriting and Compliance
Tracy is responsible for program underwriting and compliance with state and federal insurance laws.
Tracy has extensive experience in the insurance industry, working several years as a staff and independent adjuster. He also spent over nine years at the Kentucky Department of Insurance, serving as both Director of the Property and Casualty Division and as Policy Advisor to the Commissioner. While at the KY DOI, he worked on many national working groups developing model law and best practices for the national insurance market, as well as serving on the board of directors for the SERFF electronic filing project.
Tracy earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Campbellsville University. He has also earned an Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
CHRIS BLAKELEY
Vice President of IT & Operations
Chris is responsible for working with internal and external clients to understand business requirements and identify how best to leverage technology to meet those requirements.
Chris has over 10 years experience in both product development and project management, as well as technical and operations experience for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, healthcare and restaurant industries. He has a proven track record of leading teams to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville and also earned his MBA from the University of Louisville.
